At Dr Emma Anders LTD, we are committed to providing exceptional service while ensuring a fair and transparent process for all customers. All our prices are displayed on the website to help clients decide upon and plan their care. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellation Policy

Consultation Fees for new Clients- the 'First Consultation':

  • Cancellation of a 'First Consultation' within 4 hours of the consult time will incur a 100% charge.

  • Cancellation of a 'First Consultation' within 48 hours of the consult will incur a 50% charge.

  • Cancellations over 48 hours will incur a 10% administration fee. 

  • No refund will be issued to clients who do not attend their consultation.

  • Refunds will not be issued to clients who fail to provide required documentation.

  • Refunds will not be issued to clients on the basis of an undesired outcome from the consultation. 

 

Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

Patient Responsibilities

To avoid delays, ensure that you:

  1. Provide all required documentation and photographs promptly.

  2. Respond to all communications in a timely manner.

Refunds cannot be processed until all required materials are received and confirmed.

Booking a consultation does not guarantee a specific management plan or a prescription. Refunds will not be issued in any circumstances after a consultation has taken place.
