Book a consultation

All new patients must undertake a 45 minute First Consultation with the doctor.

If you are already established on a medication or are looking to move for maintenance
then we also have a 30 minute consultation option.

After this you can discuss or tailor your appointment needs to suit you.

First Consultation.

Payment will be collected and you will be emailed a link to your consultation.

Complete your registration questionnaire

A questionnaire will be emailed to you. This will ask for a copy of your photographic ID, usual GP details and health background. This must be completed prior to your appointment taking place and no prescriptions can be issued without it.

First Consultation slots can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance.

After the First Consultation

After undertaking your First Consultation you have 3 options.
