This document outlines the financial relationship between you and Dr. Emma Anders LTD. Our goal is to ensure transparency and clarity to prevent any misunderstandings.
By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Services Offered
We provide weight loss consultation services, including medical assessments, prescriptions, and related support. The specifics of the services you receive will be determined during your consultation. Booking an appointment does not guarantee a prescription. During the consultation the doctor will determine the suitability of a prescription based on clinical need.

Financial Transparency
We are committed to financial transparency. The cost of your consultation will be communicated at the time of booking. The cost of the consultation includes the cost of any paper work or prescriptions generated during that consultation. It does not, however, include the cost of the medication. The cost of the medication will be determined and paid to the pharmacy to which you take your prescription.
During your appointment, the doctor may recommend additional tests, treatments or referrals that could incur extra charges. These may be available through the clinic or you may be advised to undertake these elsewhere.

Payment Information
All consultations require payment in advance. This information is securely encrypted using Stripe software. By registering, you accept our terms and consent to us charging your card for your appointment.

Insurance
We do not currently work with private insurers.

Confidentiality
Medical information will be kept confidential. We will only share it with those involved, or who may become involved, in the provision and administration of your treatment and care, or their agents. Everyone with access to your records is trained in maintaining confidentiality and is governed by a legal and professional duty to keep your information private. All information about you is held securely and we have electronic safeguards to help prevent accidental loss. We will not disclose information over the telephone unless we are certain that we are talking to you. Information will not be disclosed to spouses, partners, family or friends unless we have your prior written consent. We will not leave messages with others.

Changes To Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend services at our discretion, without notice. In such cases, a refund for any unused consultations will be provided.
