Consultation Options
Gold Standard
Our Gold Standard Care starts with a 45 minute consultation during which clients can discuss how the medications work and common misconceptions. The length of appointment allows the doctor to learn about the individual client's health and so can offer specific guidance tailored to clients and their concerns.
If clients have previously been the on the medications but are not getting the results they desire, have complex medical needs or want a more in depth discussion they should book this consult.

These 10 minute consults are ideal for clients looking for a new medication provider who are already on the medication and looking to continue.
All clients at the clinic need a video consultation with
Dr Emma before any prescription can be issued.
These appointments are time limited and if you are having difficulties or problems on the medication then it is recommended to book a longer 45 minute Gold Standard consult.
Quick Start
These are 10 minute consultations for medication initiation.
They will cover the basics of the medication and allow clients to access the medication through the clinic if appropriate. (Having a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.)
Patients with concerns, complex medical histories or wishing to go through the medications in depth are encouraged to book the Gold Standard Consultation.
These consults are limited to 10 minutes and if further time is wanted, additional fees will apply.
